Club 2

Club 2 is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, which works the cardiovascular system and is made up of consistent flow movements and a structured series of postures that allows students to move gracefully through a sweat-dripping workout. Our teachers develop their own sequences using a variety of postures and creative transitions. Faster paced than Club 1, this class can be enjoyed by students with a minimum of experience. You will be given options so that you feel challenged during the entire class.
