To our community with love
Although our government has allowed the reopening of gyms and gyms, after much thought, my team and I have made the wise decision not to reopen our indoor classes at this time. You are probably wondering, but WHYIIIIIIII with a tear in your eye. In all transparency, our studio does not allow us to comply with government regulations, to ensure your health and that of our team while ensuring the profitability and survival of the studio ... AKA our rooms are too small.
We built our studios in order to favor a very friendly approach, personal and to favor quality rather than quantity and unfortunately in the current situation this disadvantages us ... a lot.
BUT, watch out what we are preparing for you to make the most of the beautiful summer ahead! I promise that we will not abandon you beautiful community of love. We’ll be there more than ever, looking ahead and adapting to it one day at a time. That said, we go there day by day, things change quickly and, who knows, maybe in a few weeks the restrictions will be less stringent and allow us to welcome you safely, without putting the studio in a impossible financial situation. Thank you to all those who support us with your presence, your donations, your sharing and your words of love. You have no idea what it means. We love you and we are grateful to have you, more than ever ♥︎

Have fun, you deserve it!
Don’t take yourself too seriously. Play around. Try something new. Laugh at yourself.
Never leave during Savasana.
Ever. Period. Savasana is a sacred time. It’s the reason we practice.
It’s the cherry atop our little yoga sundae.
Arrive on time.
Out of respect for everyone, we start classes right on time and do not allow latecomers.
Listen to your body, don’t push it.
Do what you can. Take breaks when needed. Drink water when you’re thirsty.
Find child’s pose. There is no judgment. Always honour yourself.
Inform your teacher of any prior injuries and health conditions.
No talking in class.
Silence is golden.
No cell phone in class.
Do yourself a favour and disconnect during class. Leave all electronics in the locker room,
and please place your cell phones on vibrate or silent.
Shoes off in the Studio.
Go easy on perfume.
Cologne, or any other strongly scented product. Yoga consists of deep breathing exercises in close proximity to others.
Your perfume or cologne might be lovely but not a mouthful !
Come to Yoga Club with an open mind and leave your ego at the door.
The rest will work itself out… as it always does.
