Yoga Club is a yoga and barre studio with a nice little boutique located in the heart of Rosemont, Montreal. Our belief is that anyone can do yoga and reap its positive benefits. No matter your age, strength, or flexibility level, we have classes to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking for a restorative and meditative experience or a high-intensity hot yoga session, we cater to all of your personal needs. Our space is simple, our music playlists are energetic, and our teachers are uplifting and friendly. We teach what we love, making each class a unique and blissful experience.
Have fun, you deserve it!
Don’t take yourself too seriously. Play around. Try something new. Laugh at yourself.
Never leave during Savasana.
Ever. Period. Savasana is a sacred time. It’s the reason we practice.
It’s the cherry atop our little yoga sundae.
Arrive on time.
Out of respect for everyone, we start classes right on time and do not allow latecomers.
Listen to your body, don’t push it.
Do what you can. Take breaks when needed. Drink water when you’re thirsty.
Find child’s pose. There is no judgment. Always honour yourself.
Inform your teacher of any prior injuries and health conditions.
No talking in class.
Silence is golden.
No cell phone in class.
Do yourself a favour and disconnect during class. Leave all electronics in the locker room,
and please place your cell phones on vibrate or silent.
Shoes off in the Studio.
Go easy on perfume.
Cologne, or any other strongly scented product. Yoga consists of deep breathing exercises in close proximity to others.
Your perfume or cologne might be lovely but not a mouthful !
Come to Yoga Club with an open mind and leave your ego at the door.
The rest will work itself out… as it always does.
